As a member of the Japanese team, you will be responsible for overall online
marketing strategy in order to help us to expand our FX service domestic share.

Job Description:
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communications.
- Working closely with design team and assisting with new product launches.
- Analyzing and developing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
- Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director

Qualifications:
- Experience with social media, product launches, web tools, SEM and SEO
- Flexibility, creativity, excellent communications skills.
- Marketing experience for at least 2 years, preferably in financial sector
- Native-level Japanese, Fluent English

Legal & Compliance Manager (Finance)

Our Japanese team is looking for a responsible and experienced legal compliance manager, who you will be responsible for a broad variety of legal functions and overview the company’s overall compliance policies and procedures.

Job description:
- Stays up to date on the latest regulatory changes and oversees internal implementation of new regulatory procedures
- Prepares and files legal documents with appropriate entities as required
- Coordinates development of new compliance and internal control systems
- Draft, review and translate contracts
- Supervises internal audit work
- Researching regulations related to implementation of a new service
- Assumes additional legal and compliance duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Experience in financial industry
- 2 years of practical experience in legal compliance department
- Flexible to work independently and as a member of a team
- High analytical and research skills
- Deep understanding of related laws and regulations of the financial industry (especially concerning advertisement) and proper internal implementation skills of these regulations to internal processes
- Japanese native level; English business level
